MARSKAL Web Design is the web arm of MARSKAL GROUP, a registered company. We're new to the UK small business market, so rather than show you someone else's site and ask you to imagine yours, we build your demo first. That demo is the proof — you see exactly what you'd be paying for before any money changes hands. We're not going to pretend to a client list we haven't earned yet.

Because web work is remote and always has been. Being based in Cape Town means lower overheads than a UK studio with an office to pay for, which is why a proper site costs what it does here rather than two or three thousand pounds. You deal with the same person throughout, and email and WhatsApp work the same from anywhere.

Referrals are the best leads there are and a website doesn't replace them. What it does is catch the person who was recommended you, typed your name into their phone that evening, found nothing, and rang someone else instead. You never hear about those — that's the whole problem with them.

Not on its own, and anyone promising that is selling you something. A fast, mobile-friendly site with real content is what Google needs before it will consider you at all — that part is included. Actually outranking established competitors for busy local searches is ongoing work on top. We'd rather say that now than promise it and disappoint you later.

You can cancel any time, there's no contract. Be aware the monthly is what pays for the hosting and domain renewal, so cancelling means those stop being covered. We'll talk through the options with you — transferring the domain to you, or a different arrangement — rather than just switching it off.

Not a problem. We'll register one for you and it's covered by the monthly. If you already have one, we'll use it.

Once we've got your details, photos and services, it's quick — but we'll give you a real date when we've seen what your site needs, rather than quoting you a number now that we might not hit.

Changes are part of the monthly — you message us and we do them, usually same or next working day. That's deliberate: most small business owners don't want to learn a website editor at nine in the evening.
